Renters are responsible for all utilities including lawncare, propane fuel, and electric. The electric is on a shared meter, so the bill will be split proportionally with the upstairs renters. Shared well.

This is a student friendly rental. Dogs are considered with applicable screening, fees, and owner approval. No cats please.

Please note this driveway is very steep. AWD or better is recommended in the winter months. Street parking is not available. We encourage you to visit the location to ensure it will work for you. Parking is only permissible in the driveway of the home. Snow removal is not included.
